Human Resources Intern
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll be an essential part of the team that brings great people into the organization. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain real-world experience in end-to-end recruitment while working alongside experienced HR professionals in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with sourcing efforts, including job posting, CV screening, and interview coordination
Manage and update candidate pipelines and internal recruitment trackers
Support the preparation of offer letters, contracts, and other recruitment-related documents
Help organize and execute employer branding initiatives, onboarding activities, and internal hiring events
Provide day-to-day support on administrative tasks and ad-hoc HR projects
What We’re Looking For:
A proactive, detail-oriented self-starter who’s passionate about people and talent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; enjoys working with others
Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields
Able to commit to a full-time or part-time internship (minimum 3 working days/week)
A positive attitude, a learning mindset, and a strong sense of responsibility
