Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work with HR manager & hiring managers to understand what they need in a candidate.
• Contact candidates, schedule interviews, and prepare interview questions with hiring managers.
• Conduct interviews, tests, and reference checks to select the best candidates.
• Report on the recruitment process to your supervisor.
• Handle other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree. New graduates are welcome.
• Basic knowledge of Human Resources.
• Good interviewing and recruitment techniques.
• Strong communication skills in Thai and English.
• Professional and friendly attitude.
