Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Internship Start Date: August or September
- Conduct needs assessments to identify the specific English language proficiency levels and learning requirements of employees across various departments.
- Design and develop comprehensive English language training curricula, including general conversation, business communication, presentation skills, and industry-specific terminology, tailored to the organization's needs.
- Plan and facilitate engaging and interactive English language training sessions, utilizing effective teaching methodologies and incorporating practical scenarios relevant to the workplace.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of trainees, providing regular feedback and adjusting the training approach as necessary to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with departmental managers and supervisors to align the training content with the specific language requirements of various roles and job functions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in language teaching and incorporate them into the training programs.
- Attend meetings and provide guidance to employees on speaking and communicating effectively in English, addressing common language barriers and challenges.
- Develop supplementary learning materials, exercises, and resources to support and reinforce the language skills acquired during training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of training attendance, progress reports, and assessment results for future reference and analysis.
- Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment that encourages active participation and language practice among trainees.
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in English Communication,Business Information, Business Administration, Human Management, or a related field (International students are welcome)
Skills
- Basic knowledge of Programming skills and Analysis skills is optional
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrate a good level of English proficiency (written/verbal)
- The internship period must be at least 3 months, Cooperative program intern is preferred
