Specialist - HR Communication & Activity

Responsibility:

Strategically develop an impactful employee engagement activity.

• Analyze the population and target participants of each activity strategically.

• Initiate and develop a yearly calendar of employee engagement activities that foster a sense of belonging and motivation and align with HR strategies and the bank’s values.

• Obtain the approval on the activities plan from management.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in employee engagement.

Organize the employee engagement activities to ensure they are relevant and impactful.

• Plan and manage the employee engagement activities to ensure they are relevant, impactful, and as planned.

• Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of communication and engagement initiatives.

• Create communication campaigns to promote activities and maximize participation across all departments that ensure employees informed and excited about upcoming events.

• Monitor participation rates, collect and analyze employee feedback to continuously improve communication and activities.

Support Employer Branding Provide the contents and relevant materials to Marketing teams and HR team that support the promotion of Employer Branding and Internal Branding.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Mass Communication, Human Resource Management, or a related field with a strong understanding of Communication & Activity

• 5+ years of working experience and A good team player, self-motivated, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and is willing to work hard.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent.

• A pleasant personality, is proactive, demonstrates high creativity and strong team collaboration skills.
