Responsibilities
Manage and organize training program
Organize the training venue and equipment
Prepare training materials
Monitor training course attendance and participation
Conduct the course evaluations
Work with facilitators team to monitor the training program
Maintain and update training database system and monitor the firm’s CPE requirement
Prepare document for Federation of Accounting Professions (FAP) requirement for internal staff and clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in related fields (preferable in Business Admin, Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development or Industrial Psychology)
Willing to learn, good team player, good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English (both written and spoken)
Able to work under pressure and independently
