Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Work with Head of COE to drive and bring the OD program for go live.
Oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes including recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Design and implement organizational development programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
Lead talent management efforts including succession planning, career development, and leadership development programs.
Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation and ensure compliance.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
Nurture a positive working environment by promoting company culture and values.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective training and development initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the real estate industry.
Demonstrated experience in organizational development, talent management, and HR strategy development.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
