Collection Governance and Policy Team Lead
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective governance frameworks to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies
Design and deliver impactful training programmer to upskill the collections team, keeping them informed of best practices and industry updates
Monitor and assess the team's performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with the wider collections leadership to identify areas for process enhancement and implement efficient solutions
Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to the team on complex governance and training matters
Contribute to the development of team culture and foster an environment of learning and development
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' experience in a collections, compliance or training role, preferably within the financial services industry
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices relevant to collections governance
Proven track record in developing and delivering effective training programmer for collections teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
Analytical mindset with the capacity to identify process improvement opportunities
Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
Fluency in Thai and English, both written and verbal
