Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective governance frameworks to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies

• Design and deliver impactful training programmer to upskill the collections team, keeping them informed of best practices and industry updates

• Monitor and assess the team's performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement

• Collaborate with the wider collections leadership to identify areas for process enhancement and implement efficient solutions

• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to the team on complex governance and training matters

• Contribute to the development of team culture and foster an environment of learning and development

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a collections, compliance or training role, preferably within the financial services industry

• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices relevant to collections governance

• Proven track record in developing and delivering effective training programmer for collections teams

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders

• Analytical mindset with the capacity to identify process improvement opportunities

• Proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving

• Fluency in Thai and English, both written and verbal
