Plan and execute training plans, programs, and activities
Support course design by integrating Individual Development Plan (IDP) requirements
Coordinate with training institutes and course instructors to finalize required training facilities
Ensure all related arrangements for training are in place
Collaborate with team members to identify training needs and opportunities for development
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Development, Business Administration, Political Science, Economics, or related fields
At least 3-5 years of experience in Human Resource Development (HRD), Human Resource Management (HRM), Organizational Development (OD), Knowledge Management (KM), or Learning Organization
Experience in petroleum/petrochemical or related industries is advantageous
Strong communication and coordination skills
