Learning And Development Specialist
Responsibilities:
1. Formulate strategies regarding training and human resources development of the Company such as curriculum, facilitator, management system, and evaluation for both supporting units and sales unit of every channel of the Company
2. Collect, prepare, and analyze data in any forms for training decision making
3. Coordinate with internal and external units regarding training management, for example facilitator, participants, especially curriculum, as well as cooperating with an overseas partner company
4. Initiate and develop new projects for training management such as operation process improvement, curriculum development, and training model development for all sales channels of the Company
5. Formulate and present action plan and performance to the high level executives in MTL Academy Committee.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor and Master Degree in Human Resource Development / Business Administration / Economics or other related fields
2. Have experience in planning/management, experience in insurance industry or training management will be advantage
3. Have good command of English language
