    Compensation and Benefits Specialist

    Position Details

    Job Description

    Compensation:

    • Analyze and maintain the company's compensation structure, including job descriptions, salary ranges, and incentive programs.
    • Conduct salary surveys and market analyses to ensure competitive compensation packages.
    • Develop and administer employee benefit programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

    Payroll:

    • Process and distribute accurate and timely payroll for all employees, including hourly and salaried staff.
    • Calculate and deduct applicable taxes, garnishments, and other payroll deductions.
    • Maintain accurate payroll records, including time and attendance data, salary changes, and employee information.
    • Prepare and submit payroll reports, tax filings, and other regulatory documentation as required.


    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and payroll administration.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
