The Day-to-day Activities
Rest assured your days at Grab will never be mundane! As a critical member of the People Experience team, your dynamic role will include:
- Overseeing daily operations of one or more processes across the region, ensuring prompt and efficient delivery of our services.
- Actively supporting the country HR team, from handling employee queries and data changes in Workday and other systems to assisting with onboarding orientation and other tasks.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on diverse projects aimed at enhancing the employee experience and ensuring data integrity in our systems.
- Utilising data tracking to assess process effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement scalable solutions that promote greater efficiency and operational rigor.
- Proactively tackling complex business problems, partnering with stakeholders to devise creative yet simple process solutions, and driving data compliance and governance in our systems, all while prioritizing the delight of employees and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations or business operations, with the ability to manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, coupled with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong data skills for manipulation and trend identification, with a proven track record in analyzing data sets to drive standardization and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Process excellence experience in HR operations or Six Sigma certification will be an added advantage.
- Solid understanding of change management principles with a successful history in driving change management and training activities.
- Familiarity with labour regulations in South East Asian countries, particularly Thailand.
