Job Description

• Support HR : recruitment, welfare & benefit, HR activities, etc.
• Prepare Payroll information and manage HRIS
• Day to day support all administrative duties in the office
• Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
• Coordinate with internal and external for related jobs
• Other jobs by assignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• At least 1 year of direct experience in HR
• Have recruitment or payroll experience will be advantage
• Strong time management skills, and ability to prioritize
• Excellent communication,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS. Office ( Word , Excel, PowerPoint )
• Good Command in English
