    Position Details

    Responsibilities :

    Strategic PX Direction:

    • Address PX challenges, rooting solutions in senior management's long-term objectives.

    • Advocate for a distinctive employee journey, positioning Arise at the forefront as a top-tier employer.

    Business-Centric Talent Strategy:

    • Translate core business objectives into high-level PX initiatives to foster maximized performance and alignment.

    • Oversee the integration of talent strategies with overall business goals, ensuring seamless synchronization.

    Integrated Expertise Collaboration:

    • Partner with KTB Shared Services, PX Catalyst (COE), and PX Consulting to synergize expertise, thereby bolstering Arise's competitive advantage in the talent market.

    • Governance & Strategic Adaptability:

    • Pilot PX policy framework, ensuring it remains adaptable and attuned to evolving business landscapes.

    • Ensure the company's talent governance aligns with strategic directives set by senior management.

    Talent Performance Leadership:

    • Conduct rigorous talent evaluations, steering Arise's talent strategies towards peak performance and sustainable growth.

    • Drive strategic talent decisions that have a broader impact on Arise's business ecosystem, reflecting the decision-making weight of the associate director grade.

    Qualifications :

    • More than 5 years of HR experience in the finance, technology or fintech industry, gaining comprehensive HR knowledge including local employment legislation and leading practices across the talent lifecycle, employee experience, employee engagement, and organizational change

    • Recognized Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources

    • Prior experience in business partnering in a dynamic environment subject to changes in priorities and schedules

    • Demonstrated success in championing and leading change

    • Ability to confidently facilitate conversations between people (within and across entities) with differing views, building deep and influential business partnerships throughout the organization
