Talent Strategist (Performance Management)
Responsibilities :
Lead and manage performance management processes, including the design and implementation of KPI and OKR frameworks that align with business objectives, support continuous feedback, and drive employee performance improvement.
Design, assess, and develop skill matrix for key job roles, including identifying critical, mandatory, and optional skills across proficiency levels, and drive initiatives to transform the organization toward a skill-based workforce model.
Drive talent management, succession planning, and career movement design, including identification of high-potential employees, internal mobility pathways, development planning, and readiness assessments to ensure a sustainable leadership and talent pipeline.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field; Master’s preferred.
8–10 years of progressive Total Rewards experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Demonstrated expertise in compensation structures, job evaluation, benefits management and workforce‑planning analytics.
Experience in a complex or fintech environment is a plus.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to link reward and workforce‑planning initiatives to long‑term business goals.
Analytical Skills: Strong data modelling, Excel, HRIS and budgeting proficiency.
Business Acumen: Deep understanding of market trends, cost drivers and regulatory landscape.
Stakeholder Management: Persuasive communicator capable of influencing senior leaders.
Project Management: Proven track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
Leadership: Inspires and develops high‑performing teams through coaching and clear direction.
