Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for various departments, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer management.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job postings.
Utilize job boards, recruitment tools, social media, and professional networks to identify and attract talent.
Ensure timely delivery of quality candidate shortlists to meet hiring timelines.
Maintain an organized recruitment database and candidate pipeline.
Support employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement activities.
Provide regular updates and reports on hiring status and progress.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment.
Strong understanding of local talent markets and sourcing strategies.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in using online job boards, LinkedIn, and recruitment platforms.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
