Job Description:
Analyze business structures, procedures, processes, and utilization of resources.
Consult with management and other leadership to identify business processes.
Develop methods for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting.
Create effective strategic planning methods.
Assist Organization Development & Performance Management Supervisors in the implementation of the performance appraisal process within the company
Implement organizational effectiveness interventions.Create competency models for Job Description
Recommend team-building exercises and workshops.
Implement major changes in all organization chart of operation and Business unit
Develop methods of measuring if performance management aligning with organizational goals.
Diagnose potential organizational problem areas.
Recommend training and development based on data gathered from KPI or score cards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 years of experience in Organizational development, Performance Management.
Proven track record of successful change management and organizational development initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Familiar with Performance Management System, Company organizational structure building, Talent Management and Development
Willing to work ONSITE: Upper McKinley, Taguig City
