Workforce Fulfillment Operations PMO (SPX Express)
Job Description
Oversee day-to-day recruitment operations to ensure on-time fulfillment with high accuracy and quality standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact between HR functions and business stakeholders, maintaining seamless communication and coordination.
Identify and proactively resolve bottlenecks in the recruitment process, ensuring efficient workflows and optimized resource allocation.
Implement and track key performance indicators to continuously improve recruitment operations and meet business demands.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, project management, or recruitment, preferably in a high-volume or fulfillment-focused environment.
Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to identifying and solving process bottlenecks.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
Proven track record of managing projects to successful completion on time and within scope, with attention to detail and quality.
