Senior Human Resources Officer (Employee Engagement)
Job Description
· Plan, implement and manage employee engagement programs and initiatives that align with our company’s values and goals.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create strategies that enhance employee moral, motivation and overall satisfaction.
· Organize and oversee events, workshops, and activities designed to promote team building, communication, and a sense of community.
· Collect, analyze and apply data to create insights that inform aspects of the Employee Engagement initiatives.
· Manage budgets, vendors and planning for events with supporting key performance indicators and measurements.
Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Social Science or a related field.
· At least 5 years’ experience in employee engagement, organizational development or a related role.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with employees at all levels.
· Creative thinker with the ability to design and execute engaging activities and events.
· Proficiency in using employee engagement tools and platforms.
· Project management skills (plan and execute projects with multiple work streams and dependencies) and the ability to manage tasks involving multiple businesses to meet deadlines.
· Ability to be MC at the event and activity.
