Employee Engagement and Internal Communications- Assistant Manager/ Manager
Responsibilities:
Conduct engagement survey to analyze effectiveness of employee relations, identify improvement opportunities & evaluate needs to create new policy/update existing policy
Evaluate impact of policy changes & inform relevant parties accordingly
Monitor and track Gap closing initiatives and provide insight and best practices
Design recognition & well-being programs that recognize & express appreciation to employees
Work closely with PR to design & develop communications strategy for overall CPF HR to generate awareness, drive buy-in & increase employee value proposition communication
Create communication plan and manage and initiate content & activities
Work on any other HR & other department initiatives and projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, marketing, business or related discipline would be an advantage.
Have a minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in either people engagement, recruitment, marketing, communications or related fields.
Have proven knowledge of marketing campaign tactics and project management.
Be creative, fun and lively.
Be able to write well.
Be a strong team player.
Have good computer literacy. High competency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is a must.
Knowledge of social media management and video production is an advantage.
Global intranet design, deployment and ongoing engagement and maintenance
Excellent IT skills including the use of collaboration tools and social media (e.g. meets, Zoom, FB, IG, content management, Microsoft Office and image and video editing, Comfortable with data analytics and has good experience with data manipulation using Excel
