Strategic Growth: Develop and execute growth strategies to boost engagement and performance of Chinese brands and sellers on Lazada.
Partnership Management: Build strong relationships with Chinese sellers, understand their needs, and offer customized market solutions.
Operational Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to streamline seller operations, improve seller experience, and elevate customer satisfaction.
Training & Development: Provide training and guidance to Chinese sellers to enhance their competitiveness in the Thai market.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze business performance data to adjust strategies for achieving business goals.
Education: Bachelorâs degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or related fields (e-commerce background preferred).
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, with strong knowledge of Chinese seller/brand ecosystems. Experience in the Thai market is a plus.
Language: Fluent in Chinese, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Skills: Strong leadership and teamwork capabilities.
Network: Possess local client resources in Thailand to help expand business operations quickly.
