Biomaterials Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Craft and implement dynamic short-term, long-term, and portfolio strategies.
• Understand market trends, decode customer and consumer insights, and anticipate the future demands. Transform this knowledge into actionable strategies.
• Lead the research and development of new product lines, expanding our portfolio to fill market gaps and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
• Nurture strong relationships with customers across domestic and international markets, ensuring our products reach and exceed market expectations.
• Drive the achievement of top and bottom-line goals, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded through strategic planning and execution.
• Lead the expansion into e-commerce channel.
• Collaborate closely with operations to optimize capacity and reduce costs, ensuring seamless production and delivery.
• Inspire, lead, and grow a high-performing team, aligning their efforts with our strategic business direction.

Qualifications:

• Over 12 years of experience in sales & marketing function in related products, with at least 3 years of managerial experience.
• Track record of success in portfolio management and commercialize products.
• Mature with proven leadership skills.
• A self-motivated person, high resilience, strong positive mindset and can-do attitude.
• Possesses logical, analytical, and conceptual thinking abilities.
