E-commerce Key Account Specialist
Responsibilities:
Manage sales channels on the website and Marketplace.
Utilize Marketplace tools such as Seller Center effectively.
Design campaigns and promotions that align with online customers, referencing market data and customer purchase information.
Plan expenses to align with promotional plans and sales targets for each month.
Coordinate with internal teams regarding stock inventory and customer complaints that affect the overall store image and sales, ensuring campaign performance and store effectiveness.
Work with the Key Account Manager of the Marketplace platform to drive campaigns and negotiate for maximum efficiency.
Contact, source, and coordinate with external brands.
Collaborate with graphic designers to create materials, banners, and promotional items for campaigns and marketing activities, and incorporate trending topics into sales materials quickly.
Prepare reports summarizing campaigns and sales for the responsible channels.
Have knowledge of online advertising platforms such as In-App Ads, FB Ads, Google Ads, etc.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing. Experience with Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok will be considered an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Able to communicate in English.
Experience in the cosmetics or FMCG industry will be considered an advantage.
Enjoys customer service, has a positive work attitude, is able to communicate and coordinate well, enjoys interacting with people, has strong negotiation and communication skills, and thinks systematically.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask; can prioritize tasks effectively.
Able to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
