Key Account Manager-Special Supply
This role focuses on managing and supporting key international sellers (mainly Chinese sellers) on the Lazada platform. The objective is to drive growth through assortment expansion, account management, data analysis, and strategic support, while also coordinating with marketing and operations functions.
Manage the growth of China-based key accounts on Lazada through cooperation, development support, and performance monitoring.
Expand product assortment and manage seller portfolios.
Conduct daily data analysis to assess performance and guide strategic planning for seller and category growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to solve challenges related to traffic generation, seller onboarding, and portfolio development.
Address problems and align stakeholders to ensure progress toward growth targets.
Support marketing and operational activities where needed.
Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written)
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, consulting, cross-border trade, or Chinese seller management
Strong analytical skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel for performance tracking and analysis
Strong business acumen and logical thinking
Outgoing, responsible, and able to work well under pressure
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively in English
