Initiate and deliver innovative and professional B2B marketing strategies to promote BOL’s services and platforms
Lead, manage and motivate BOL’s internal marketing team to deliver high quality campaigns, events, and communications
Consistently track and analyze key metrics and conversions following the implementation of marketing campaigns
Quality control external communications from in-house teams and vendors (including articles, copywriting, designs etc.) to be of a professional standard, aligned with BOL’s corporate image and overarching strategy
Monitor the latest marketing trends in the industry, along with competitor activities to ensure BOL’s marketing strategies are as optimized as possible
Qualifications we are looking for:

Self-starter with a strong drive for growth and willingness to embrace challenges
Excellent analytical, time management and communication skills
Relentless attention to detail
Required: Bachelor’s degree
5+ years B2B marketing experience, preferably in the data analytics sector
Familiar with the entire marketing matrix, particularly in managing and evaluating Google, Facebook, Line OA and EDM marketing channels
Proficient in data-driven marketing
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Thai
