Event Executive
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute company events including seminars, conferences, trade shows, internal staff events, client engagements, and online webinars.
Coordinate logistics, venue selection, catering, and vendor management.
Collaborate with internal departments to align event objectives with brand and business goals.
Manage event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure cost-effective planning.
Prepare event materials, agendas, guest lists, and on-site signage.
Ensure a smooth execution on event day including setup, registration, troubleshooting, and breakdown.
Track event KPIs, gather feedback, and generate post-event reports to measure success and areas for improvement.
Maintain event calendars and ensure timely communication of event milestones and updates.
Stay updated on event trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance attendee experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
2–3 years of experience in marketing communication, event planning, coordination, or a similar role.
Strong project management and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Creative, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
Proficiency in MS Office and event tools/platforms.
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends for event coverage if needed.
