• Deliver seamless assistance to clients through Omni-Channel platforms.

• Provide investment advice and information on company’s products in an Omni-channel manner, with a focus on online channels.

• Provide timely updates on market events and investment landscapes.

• Champion digital innovation, guiding clients in utilizing cutting-edge online tools and resources effectively.

Qualifications :

• Strong communication skills with a passion for service.

• Analytical mindset to analyze and recommend solutions.

• Bachelor′s/Master′s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.

• 1-5 years of experience in investment consulting, or related fields. New graduates are welcome.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, social media, and other computer applications.

• English language skills are a plus.

• IC license required.
