Commercial Manager
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to drive sales and profitability on Lazada, Shopee & Tiktok, along with other local eCommerce marketplaces
● Work closely with Commercial Director and other departments to optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional activities to increase customer engagement and revenue
● Monitor and analyze eCommerce market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
● Lead the commercial team in the execution of eCommerce initiatives and ensure goals are met
● Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant data to Commercial Director and Brands.
● Monitor and improve the profitability performance of respective brands and areas
● Continuously improve eCommerce processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness
● Collaborate with other teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
● Minimum of 5 years' experience in eCommerce, with at least 3 years in a management role
● Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, marketplaces and trends
● Proven track record of driving sales and profitability on eCommerce platforms
● Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
● Strong analytical skills, preferable with P&L knowledge
● Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
