Key Responsibilities:

Your Cash and Installment Plan

• Prepare the promotion and campaign plan according to requirements, target customer and objectives in order to drive sales and reach target.
• Manage the team to launch promotion campaign as planned.
• Analyzed sales performance to evaluate the effectiveness of each promotion and campaign.
• Develop and refine underwriting guidelines for Installment & Loan applications, balancing risk and profitability while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
• Regularly analyze Installment & Loan portfolios, monitor key performance indicators, and implement strategies for portfolio optimization.

Merchant Support

• Manage all aspects of Merchant Support team to deliver results that meet or exceed operational performance targets.
• Identify and share customer pain points so that initiatives or actions can be considered to alleviate observed gaps.
• Manage the monitoring of EDC at merchants to provide feedback to branch in order to increase sales.
• Serve on operation and front-end support of the web service and online installment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, particularly in the Financial Services industry.
• Proficiency in developing and executing promotion and campaign plans.
• Experience with EDC monitoring and providing feedback to increase sales.
• Ability to manage merchant support operations and identify customer pain points.
• Ability to manage web service and online installment operations.
• Excellent analytical skills to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
