Key Responsibilities
1. Internet Search for Business Transparency
- Research Best Practices:
- Conduct comprehensive online research on best practices and strategies for ensuring business transparency.
- Benchmarking:
- Gather and analyze information on how other companies implement and communicate their transparency efforts.
- Presentation:
- Compile and present research findings to the marketing team to support and enhance the company’s transparency initiatives.
2. Company Intranet Page Update
- Content Management:
- Regularly update and maintain the company intranet page with the latest news, announcements, and marketing materials.
- Brand Alignment:
- Ensure that all intranet content is accurate, engaging, and aligns with the company’s brand and values.
- Collaboration:
- Work with various departments to gather and incorporate relevant content and information for the intranet.
3. Local Site Visit Preparation
- Logistics and Scheduling:
- Assist in the planning and organization of local site visits, including managing logistics and scheduling.
- Document and Presentation Preparation:
- Prepare necessary documents and presentation materials required for site visits.
- Stakeholder Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all aspects of site visits are well-organized and executed.
4. Administrative Support
