Analyze and forecast sales gap by working closely with Storewide team (STW) & Merchandising (MDSG) to identify action plans to achieve the expected budget and/or growth, including forecasting daily and monthly sales run rate.
Monitor and analyze overall sales performance update and landing sales update and identify opportunities to improve and/or close gap to achieve sales targets.
Plan and execute marketing activities to boost sales e.g. external sales promotions, campaigns and events.
Responsible for the preparation of meeting reports, including Weekly Team Meeting, Department Store Meeting (Monthly), CDG Meeting (Monthly), Quarterly Meeting, etc.
Perform any ad-hoc activities and/or other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field.
Proven working experience in trade planning and marketing in department stores.
Strong understanding of retail marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
