Key Responsibilities:
1.Market Strategy and Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to capture the China Outbound tourism segment, encompassing key markets in Asia.
- Provide visionary leadership and direction to cross-functional teams to achieve market-specific goals.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
2.Supply Management:
- Lead efforts to expand and optimize Agoda’s supply of accommodations, ensuring a wide range of options catering to Chinese tourists’ preferences.
- Collaborate with property partners to enhance their offerings, aligning with the unique needs and expectations of Chinese travelers.
3.Pricing Strategy:
- Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies to attract and retain Chinese tourists.
- Analyze pricing data and market dynamics to make data-driven decisions that maximize revenue and profitability.
4.Cross-Departmental Coordination:
- Work closely with various internal departments such as Marketing, Product, and Sales to ensure seamless execution of the China Outbound tourism strategy.
- Foster collaboration and alignment across teams to deliver a unified customer experience.
5.Customer Insights:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, preferences, and behaviors of Chinese tourists to drive product and service enhancements.
- Utilize customer insights to create personalized experiences that resonate with the target audience.
6.Performance Metrics:
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of the China Outbound tourism segment strategy.
- Make necessary adjustments based on KPI data to achieve growth targets.
