Lazmart
Lazmart aims to create supermarket-liked experience for online customers through shopping journey, wide assortments, and fast delivery. Working directly with Head of Retail and FMCG Category Manager, You will play a key role in leading Lazmart business.
develop Lazmart seamless UX and UI, from the first touch point, channel visibilities, landing page layout, commercial mechanics, until delivery
responsible for Lazmart end to end PnL; you will have an authority to control Lazmart investment to deliver top and bottom line align with the target
work with top FMCG brands to strategically expand Lazmart assortments (that would differentiate them from their official stores)
explore partnership with retailers or sellers to close assortment gap that platform cannot provide
Assortment management
Since Lazmart needs to focus on "mart assortment completion", this role will expand the scope to streamline assortment strategy across ALL RETAIL BU
review retail assortment onboard and offboard process ensuring we have complete-cleaned SKUs display in the stores
develop content creation format (product page, shop in shop, and main campaign page) that retail stores could use and have the same high standard quality
represent TH team to collaborate with regional tech on system development and UAT
Job Requirements
Solid experience in supermarket business, ideally within retailer, e-commerce or other fast-paced, tech-driven environments
Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and driving collaboration across business and technical teams
Familiarity with product development lifecycles and hands-on experience in UAT
High proficiency in Excel and data handling; working knowledge of SQL is a plus but not required
Fluent in English; Chinese proficiency is a strong advantage
