Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and integration of sustainability strategies and initiatives across SCB's business units

• Manage and monitor sustainability initiatives to ensure the timely and successful achievement of targets within allocated budgets

• Ensure sustainability action plans and capability-building initiatives comply with regulations from BOT, TBA, and SEC, as well as frameworks such as SBTi and EPs

• Develop innovative sustainability-focused products and programs to accelerate organizational progress and impact

• Lead upskilling efforts for relevant teams, equipping them with essential sustainability knowledge and skills to integrate sustainability effectively into their roles
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leading the integration and implementation of sustainability strategies

• Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering targets on time and within budget

• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance requirements from BOT, TBA, SEC, SBTi, and EPs

• Demonstrated ability to innovate and develop sustainability-focused products and programs

• Experience in upskilling and training employees at all levels on sustainability-related topics and incorporating sustainability into workflow processes
