Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing Planning
Collaborate directly with the CEO and COO to craft and execute data-informed marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business goals and blockchain ecosystem positioning.
Develop quarterly and annual marketing plans, including budget forecasting, campaign roadmaps, and growth KPIs.
Conduct market analysis and consumer insight research to identify emerging trends, untapped audiences, and strategic opportunities.
Propose and drive brand positioning strategies, thought leadership, and reputation management initiatives.
Integrated Campaign Management
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, PR, and offline) that increase visibility and engagement.
Manage campaign timelines, creative development, and cross-functional alignment across teams and vendors.
Monitor campaign performance using marketing analytics tools; evaluate ROI and continuously optimize strategies.
Digital Marketing & Performance Analysis
Oversee the execution of digital strategies across social media, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, website, and email marketing.
Analyze marketing data to understand customer behaviors and provide actionable insights to the executive team.
Drive experimentation and A/B testing across platforms to enhance reach and conversion rates.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Serve as a key marketing liaison between executive leadership, product development, business development, and community teams.
Ensure consistent messaging and brand tone across all internal and external touchpoints.
Support strategic partnerships and joint marketing activities with ecosystem collaborators, partners, and media
Event, PR & Thought Leadership
Assist in organizing blockchain-related events, conferences, webinars, and networking activities.
Support the creation and distribution of thought leadership content in collaboration with internal subject matter experts and external PR agencies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
4–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in tech, fintech, blockchain, or startups.
Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect business objectives with marketing impact.
Excellent project management, multitasking, and communication abilities.
Solid understanding of digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO/SEM platforms).
Familiarity or interest in blockchain, Web3, or digital assets is a plus.
Comfortable working directly with C-level executives and taking initiative in high-impact projects.
