Specialist-Retail Partnership (Credit Card Gadget, IT, Electronic and PSP Categories)
Develop and implement Credit Card Usage marketing campaign and year plan promotions in order to achieve expected volume targets on Credit Card Installment Payment Plan 0% on Gadget, IT, Electronic and PSP categories.
Be strengthening current relationships with key groups of partners and seek new partners to increase merchant coverage, card spending volumes, identify opportunity for business growth as well as ensuring effective communication.
Prepare pre-post analysis of each campaign and activities from all available source of information and ensure improvement of campaign and activities to optimize resources for next campaign.
Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budget allocation for each campaign that align with the business plan for growth and expansion as well as controlling the budget within plan.
Analyze business situation, data, competitors and customer behavior through business historical to create new campaigns and mechanics to meet business objective within timely and budget manner.
Monitor campaigns, tracking performance, handle complaints and provide solutions that needed post launch.
Tracking spending volume, expenses and costs and analyze them against forecasts to identify areas where the sales performance of the campaigns needs to be improved. Also collect, verify, and analyze customer feedback to identify mechanics that need to be changed to meet cardholders needs.
Initiate and implement the new marketing campaign with creativity/out of the box idea which align with company regulation.
Maintain strong relationship with Key brand partners and balancing the negotiation and expand all possible business opportunity with the partners.
Explore and establish new partnership for finding the new opportunity to boots up volumes and identify market opportunities.
Qualification:
Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in marketing and privileges
Proven track record of a self-starter who can think out of the box and autonomously execute projects in a fast-paced environment.
Fast learner, adapts well to and is energized by change
Results-oriented strategic thinker, who is assertive and full of initiatives
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to acquire hosts on our platform
Able to identify high-impact opportunities and objectively evaluate projects
Be a team player with a professional “get it done” attitude and work ethics
Strong interpersonal skills & ability to influence both internal / external stakeholders
Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with fluency in Thai and English
Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook, MS team
Good Positve Attitude.
