Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes:

- Organic and Content Marketing: Lead initiatives for SEO optimization, blogs, video production, and written content to drive sustainable traffic growth.
- Social Media and Influencer Marketing: Oversee impactful social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), including partnerships with influencers to amplify brand presence.
- Outdoor & Guerrilla Marketing: Design bold, innovative campaigns to engage audiences through physical spaces and events.
Campaign Management
- Oversee the execution of multimillion-dollar nationwide and regional campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand identity.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and technology teams to create synergistic campaigns that generate leads, conversions, and brand awareness.
- Manage budgets effectively, optimize spend, and ensure high ROI through innovative and cost-efficient strategies.
Incorporating Technology for Efficiency
- Leverage tools and emerging technologies, such as AI and automation, to scale content production, streamline workflows, and enhance campaign tracking and reporting.
- Explore innovative solutions to increase marketing output across multiple channels.
Content & Creative Direction
- Lead the production of diverse content formats, including video storytelling, blogs, infographics, and experiential content.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all mediums.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality, audience-focused campaigns.
Data-Driven Marketing
- Utilize analytics to measure campaign success, adapt strategies, and drive continuous improvement.

- Establish DotProperty and FazWaz as thought leaders in the PropTech and real estate sectors.

- Proven experience leading multimillion-dollar nationwide or regional marketing campaigns, preferably for startups or high-growth companies.
- Expertise in performance marketing, organic content strategies, and creative mediums like guerrilla and experiential campaigns.
- Strong track record of leveraging technology for efficiency and scalability in marketing campaigns, with an appreciation for the role of AI and automation.
- Demonstrated ability to scale brands with cost-effective and innovative strategies.
- Leadership experience managing large, diverse teams across various disciplines.
- Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics and campaign optimization.
