Qualification   

• Male/Female, age 28-35 yrs.
• Bahelor Degree or higher in Marketing, Accountant, Finance or any related fields
• At least 5 years experiences in trade marketing or marketing fields. (FMCG business will be advantage).
• Good strategic thinking and well-planned
• Fluent in English including speaking, writing, and listening
• Well Team player and cross functions skills
• Good computer skills in Microsoft office

Resposibilities

• Develop channel strategies and annual business sales plan aligned with the company goal.
• Creating in-store visibility plans in coordination with Distributor's management; and follow-up to achieve timely & effective implementation
• Establish promotional strategies that drive value creation and calendar controlling for promotion & activity for all channel
• Work within allocated promotional cost and ensure effective spending in driving sales
• Well Understanding of Category management – planogram and category plans based on market and shopper knowledge develop and deploy promotional strategies to achieve targets.
• Identify opportunity gaps thru valid data and promotion evaluation from both internal & external sales data to grow business
