INNOVATION & IDEAS: Develop the next innovation for GQ (Supara)- manage product development initiatives with end-to-end process responsibilities.
EMAIL: Optimize Email strategies including audience segmentation, deliverability, content, and design approaches in Klaviyo.
TEST: Test, Test, and experiment constantly with a gut instinct to scaling brand and spend accordingly
NEW CHANNELS: Manage new growth initiatives (channels and products) online. They keep changing each quarter -- be ready to adapt and move 1st.
TEAMWORK: Work with cross-functional teams including design, product, marketing, operation, supply chain & logistic, customer services, and account management

Qualifications :
Minimum required for Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in E-Commerce, sales & marketing, category management, project management, or started your own company (even if it failed)
Software Knowledge: Google Analytics, Shopify, and Klaviyo
Passion for technology and ability to learn new software platforms quickly
Creativity for new marketing ideas for campaign management
