E-commerce Supervisor (Mobile & Tablet)
Job Description:
- Implement Mobile & Tablet strategies, achieve sales KPIs, involving profit, stock turnover, market share, and growth rate, etc.
- Responsible for the communication and coordination of Thailand E-commerce with internal & external teams, including channel customers, E-commerce platforms, etc.
- Monitoring and managing all E-commerce channels, covering budget, on-site and offsite marketing, B2B order fulfillment, after-sales problem, data collecting and campaign analysis.
- Work closely with E-com platforms, optimize sales and promotional campaigns to boost growth of Xiaomi online business.
Job Requirements:
- Proficient either in English & Chinese is a must.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce on categories (mobile & gadgets, electronics or HA); overseas markets exploring experience preferred.
- Agile thinking, strong communication skills, proactively work and collaborate across departments, willing to accept challenges, ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Familiar with SEA E-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok Shop) is preferable.
- Degree in business management or project management is preferable.
