- Develop and execute innovative media strategies that align with overall marketing objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging media trends and technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure media plans are integrated with broader marketing initiatives.
Campaign Management
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of media campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, broadcast, and social media.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve results.
Sales and Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and work with the sales team to pitch media solutions to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop media packages that meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
Internal and External Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their media needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports on campaign performance and media strategies.
Vendor Management
- Establish and maintain relationships with media vendors, negotiating contracts and rates to maximize value.
- Ensure vendors deliver on agreed-upon deliverables and performance metrics.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in media planning, buying, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing successful media campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong understanding of media analytics and performance measurement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with media buying platforms and tools (e.g.,TikTok Ads Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)
