Position Details
Principal Accountabilities:
Develop and implement organization-wide strategies for fostering a positive work culture and supporting employee development.
Work closely with leadership to align organizational development initiatives with overall business objectives.
Foster a culture of adaptability and resilience among employees.
Evaluate and redesign organizational structures for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with leadership to align structure with business objectives and facilitate seamless workflow.
Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to ensure the organization has the right talent in the right roles.
Collaborate with HR to analyze future workforce needs and develop recruitment and retention plans.
Develop and promote the organization's employer brand to attract top talent.
Collaborate with corporate communication and HR to create compelling employer branding materials.
Enhance overall employee experience by implementing programs that focus on well-being, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Collaborate with teams to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to organizational development, employee engagement, organization structure design, workforce planning, employer branding, and employee experience.
Regularly report progress and outcomes to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience in organizational development, organization structure design, workforce planning, employer branding, and employee experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
Strong understanding of organizational behavior, change management principles, learning and development strategies, employer branding, and employee experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of organizational development principles, theories, and best practices.
Ability to apply psychological and sociological concepts to drive positive organizational change.
Ability to navigate and mitigate resistance to change within the organization.
Expertise in evaluating and redesigning organizational structures for optimal efficiency.
Skill in developing workforce planning strategies to meet future business needs.
Understanding of employer branding concepts and strategies.
Ability to craft and communicate a compelling employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
Knowledge of strategies to enhance overall employee experience, including well-being programs and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Ability to create and sustain a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Proficiency in data analysis to measure the impact of organizational development initiatives.
