KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Translate business needs and strategies to relevant HR activities
Work closely with employees and managers with the full range of HR tools and processes to support them and their goals
Be the HR Business Partner for dedicated team leads, and have some key functional responsibilities within the HR-field, based on background and expertise, examples would be:
- Leadership Development
- Organizational Development
- Blue collar recruitment
- Global Leadership Support for A-Z
- Engagement Survey Analysis
- Compensation and Benefits
- Global Policies and Processes
- Change Management
- Contribute in and/or lead HR projects and initiatives
- Super User Workday
- Be a role model of our values and leadership principles, and actively participate in our office culture.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree relevant to HR or similar
- 3-6+ years of experience from a similar role, and/ or strong and valuable more broader HR-experience
- Proven business acumen and focus on the business from an HR point of view
- Demonstrated experience in core HR processes
- Experience from an international organization is an advantage
- Excellent IT skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Previous experience from HCM-systems such as e.g. Workday is an advantage.
- Knowledge about ISO9001 and ISO14001 systems.
