Handle end to end recruitment process from getting requirement till whole process of onboarding is completed.
Perform searches and direct approaches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria with utilize various recruitment channels and methods.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to establish and/or design a tailored recruiting approach to achieve demand and fulfill all requirements.
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and performing phone screenings and face to face interview.
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiate for employment terms and company policy.
Experience expanding recruitment channels in various channels or application to reach the right target audience.
Performing team management, managing teams’ performance to reach KPI as was align with company requirements.
Capable of delivering results within the timeframe with high quality standard.
Support the HR team in other Ad-hoc activities as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor of Business Administration, Major in Human Resource Management or any related field.
At least 3-4 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced company.
Proven work experience in both recruitment agency and corporate would be an advantage.
Has team management skills, be able to drive results to hit KPI target.
Independent, hardworking, confident self-starter and can work under pressure.
Strong organizational skills with proactive personalities.
Good communication in Thai and English. Able to speak Chinese will be added advantage.
Good at Ms Office (Excel, PPT,Word).
