Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
Work with recruitment team to provide recruitment strategy for the key position and top management.
Conduct HR analytics and insights deliverable plan in each business units to analyzes trends and metrics in partnership to develop solutions, programs and policies.
Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Provide Initiatives to enable/support business to perform in Talent development / Performance management / Employee engagement
Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
Identifies training needs for business units.
Address grievances solving for complex employee relations issue
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, Economics or Political Science.
Minimum 5 years in human resource management, human resource development, and organization development, preferably in Financial Institutions, Financial Services, Banking Industry, Insurance.
Analytical and goal oriented.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Excellent people management skills.
