Conduct preliminary screening and selection of employees (First Interview) according to the job description and job qualification within timeline and coordinate to send selected candidates for the final interview with line manager, as well as coordinate to deploy new employees to work each department/location.
Take responsibility for the recruitment process for candidates who meet the job description and job qualification within the designated timeframe (Recruitment Control), and ensure manpower planning are in line with the plan.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online recruiting platforms, social media, networking, referrals, and industry events to attract top talent.
Provide explanations, gather, and review new employee documents in the HR system to ensure completeness and accuracy within the specified timeline.
Prepare various documents to ensure completeness as required by the ISO Audit.
Managing the recruitment team, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and evaluating performance.
Coordinate with relevant department and educational institutions to carry out projects supporting the annual plan, such as Student Trainee Project, Campus Recruit, Job Fair.
Prepare various reports accurately, such as recruitment summary reports.
Take responsibility for assigned projects to achieve objectives and adhere to plan.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in recruitment, with at least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Chinese nationality or Thai nationality with fluency in Chinese language (HSK 5-6 Level).
TOEIC score of at least 550.
Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the ability to motivate and develop a team of recruiters.
Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
