Job Descriptions
•Lead the design and implementation of talent development programs aimed at enhancing skills and preparing future leaders.
•Develop comprehensive succession plans to ensure seamless transitions in leadership and critical roles.
•Initiate and manage employee engagement programs that cultivate a motivating and productive workplace.
•Collaborate with senior HR leaders to craft and execute forward-thinking HR strategies that support the company's objectives.
•Implement and oversee KPI management systems to measure and optimize the performance of HR initiatives and the overall impact on organizational goals.
•Serve as a strategic advisor to department heads, offering insights and support on HR practices and policies.
•Ensure compliance with local and international legal standards and regulations in all HR practices.
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree.
•At least 5 years of strategic HR experience.
•In-depth knowledge of HR functions including talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, and KPI management.
•Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
•Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sectors is advantageous.
• Act as the lead ISO auditor, conducting audits across various company branches to ensure compliance with ISO standards, including quality management, safety protocols, and operational processes.
