RESPONSIBILITIES
HR/Payroll Administration
- A basic understanding of HR and payroll processes, practices, and associated legislation and effectively applying this knowledge.
- Understanding the scope of services and key performance indicators (KPIs) that apply to their role.
- At least have 3 to 5 years of experience.
Tools and Systems
- Understands how the available tools and systems enable the delivery of service excellence.
- Uses these tools and systems effectively and consistently.
Legislative & Internal Compliance
- Understands external., client, and internal compliance requirements. Applies relevant business controls.
- Escalates compliance issues where they arise.
Data Analysis & Resolution
- Effectively gathers and analyzes data and uses this to identify and initiate appropriate solutions at a team level.
- Able to use analysis to provide valuable management information.
- Validates the accuracy of data to resolve inconsistencies.
Prioritization Skills
- Understands and delivers on the relevant priorities.
- Provides proactive updates, follows up on activities, and informs others when work is completed.
- Use time effectively and prevent irrelevant issues or distractions from interfering with work completion.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree holder
- With at least 1 to 2 years of experience in end-to-end Payroll for Thailand
- Background in SAP Payroll is good to have
- Good communication skills - English
- Native or Fluent in Thai Language and knowledgeable about Thailand local legislatives
- Practical. application in computerized payroll system
