Learning and Development Program/solution: Deliver, facilitate, and administer comprehensive learning and development programs. Maintain and enhance the divisional learning portal and talent development tools.
Cultural and Capability Building: Drive cultural and capability-building initiatives. Engage employees and managers to foster a continuous learning culture and support local HRBPs.
Talent and Development Needs: Partner with HR leadership and business leaders to understand and address talent and development needs. Recommend and implement innovative programs and solutions.
Operational and Strategic Support: Provide HR operations support, career counseling, and change management. Collaborate on people analytics, track performance metrics, and ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience in an HR business partnering function with the main focus on Learning & Development or Talent Management.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any other relevant field.
Experience with managing and influencing stakeholders in a large global matrix organization.
Solid understanding of both local and global priorities.
Good understanding of Workday system and Excel.
Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
Fluent English language skills.
