    HRBP - Talent Management and Succession Planning

    Position Details

    Responsibilities:

    Talent Management

    • Work closely with HR and business heads to develop HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
    • Provide consultation on talent management and succession planning processes, performance management contribution, and career development to all levels.
    • Fully lead and execute all restructuring, compulsory processes, procedures, and organizational change policies to support HR strategies
    • Understand the business operations and support operational efforts through proper strategic and tactical staffing.
    • Analysts and manages HR such as C&B, talent acquisition, people development, employee relations, engagement, performance management, etc. to support current and future business expansion plans.

    Talent and Succession Planning:

    • Coordinate succession planning and talent review processes to ensure a robust pipeline of future leaders.
    • Support in administering talent and succession assessment tools and systems.
    • Generate reports and dashboards to support talent management and succession planning decision-making.

    Scholarship Management:

    • Manage the end-to-end scholarship process, including application processes, selection criteria, and contract arrangements.
    • Coordinate communication with scholarship recipients and relevant stakeholders.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures for scholarship management.
    • Maintain scholarship databases and records.


    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource or related field
    • Minimum of 5 years direct experience in an HR Business Partner role and/or the full spectrum of human resource functions
    • Excellent interpersonal, and collaboration skills and strategic perspective
    • Ability to operate fast moving in complex multinational environments strong leadership, self-motivated, down to earth, and work under pressure
