Job Responsibilities
► Training Leadership and Strategy
Lead the training team and collaborate with the Country Manager to develop and implement effective training programs in partnership with boutique leaders and the retail team.
Build and monitor a training action plan tailored to the specific needs of the market.
Develop an annual training plan with both long-term and mid-term strategic visions.
Collaborate closely with the Regional Team to align training strategies and contribute to the development or enhancement of training programs and materials.
Propose and manage the training budget in accordance with company guidelines.
► Training Delivery and Development
Conduct corporate retail training and development activities, ensuring that objectives are met and effectiveness is evaluated.
Spend at least 50% of your time in boutiques, coaching teams on performance, selling and service techniques, and brand knowledge.
Host seasonal collection training sessions in collaboration with the merchandising team, ensuring 100% of the retail staff is trained on each season’s inspirations and strategy.
Organize and deliver company inductions (Esprit Dior) for office and retail staff.
Implement and oversee blended learning initiatives to support ongoing training.
Analyze training data (e.g., DIOR(K)NOW, DIOR(CX), TRAINING TRACKER) to evaluate training impact and effectiveness.
► Induction
Collaborate with HR, Retail Operations, and Boutique Management to manage new employee induction training.
Ensure completion of all induction formalities prior to new employees’ start date.
Work with Boutique Management to lead and enhance the onboarding experience of new team members.
► Client Experience and Service Excellence
Ensure the team consistently demonstrates service excellence and selling expertise during every customer interaction.
Guarantee the consistent delivery of the Dior Experience, aligned with Dior’s high standards.
► Coaching and Team Development
Track and follow up with boutique managers on new joiners’ performance and provide coaching as needed.
Foster the development of soft skills within the retail team to enhance overall customer service and performance.
Support the integration of staff into the company culture and store environment.
Manage and guide the training and fashion styling team to ensure a high level of performance.
► Budget and Planning
Collaborate with HR to determine annual training budgets.
Regularly review and revise budget allocations for semi-annual budget updates.
Audit and maintain training and coaching materials.
Manage training-related expenses within the approved budget.
Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in training delivery, including management training, sales techniques, or customer service training.
Strong understanding of the luxury fashion or retail industry is an advantage.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage individuals across various roles.
Proven training and coaching capabilities.
Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
Detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about the luxury fashion industry.
Able to work under pressure.
